MedCenter saw patient data-consent and treatment agreements eating reception capacity — every new patient spent ten minutes at the clipboard while the queue grew.

Storing wet-ink forms in a shared file cabinet made data-subject-access requests painful and raised recurring flags in the practice data-protection review.

The practice switched its intake pack to letssign.now templates, sent to each patient the day before the appointment. The signing page carries the MedCenter logo and the practice phone number, so patients recognise it as the practice.

Signed PDFs are wrapped in PAdES-B with RFC 3161 timestamps, stored in EU blob storage, and the audit log is exportable per patient at any time.
