Temporary staffing runs at the speed of shift availability. A worker accepting a shift has to return a signed placement contract before the shift starts — sometimes that window is hours.

Email + wet-ink was a bottleneck and a compliance liability: workers sometimes showed up with signed contracts nobody filed, or filed contracts nobody could verify had been signed before shift start.
